Pineapple Cheese Casserole 

Every Holiday, my mother makes Pineapple Cheese Casserole! I was skeptical to try it at first, but fell in love at first bite! It is the perfect mix between sweet and tangy and chewy and crunchy! This is perfect for Holidays, special occasions or even on a regular dinner night! The best thing is; it is super easy to make!!!

Ingredient List:

  • 6 cups of pineapple chunks (Three 20 ounce cans drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 12 Tablespoons of flour
  • 3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz cracker crumbs 
  • 1 stick of butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 12-15 people

  1. Mix pineapple chunks, sugar and flour in a 9x12 glass casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  3. Cover the entire top with Ritz cracker crumbs.
  4. Drizzle butter in top of the cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. ENJOY!


I have always enjoyed Chicken and Dumplings! But having them in the crock pot, bring on a whole new meaning to yummy! The flavors are overwhelming and the best part is, you can sit back and let the crock pot do the work for you!

Ingredient List:

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cups of chopped carrots (optional)
  • 2 cups of chopped celery (optional)
  • 2 ten ounce cans of biscuits (I have found the Grands work best)
Total Time: 6 hours
Serves: 6-8

  1. Place chicken, butter, soup and veggies in crock pot and turn on HIGH. If you would like it to cook overnight, or all day, you can turn it on low.
  2. Cover and cook for 4.5 hours, if cooking on HIGH.
  3. After 4.5 hours, add vegetables.
  4. After adding vegetables, tear apart biscuit dough and add to crock pot.
  5. Continue cooking on high for an additional 45 minutes.
  6. ENJOY!


In my opinion, cheesecake is delicious no matter who makes it! But when you put your own effort into it, it is even more delicious! This is a very simple recipe, that any sweet lover is guaranteed to enjoy!

Ingredient List: 
  • 1 cup and 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 pounds of cream cheese
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • Graham cracker pie crust
Total Time: 3 hours
Serves: 8

Preheat oven to 450 degrees!!!

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Mix all other ingredients into beaten mix and pour into pie shell.
  3. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Lower temperature to 275 degrees and continue to bake for 45 minutes.
  5. When finished, turn off oven, and leave cheesecake in the oven for 2 hours, with the door open!
  6. Garnish with your favorite topping. 
  7. ENJOY!


All I can say about this recipe is YUM YUM YUM! This is perfect for any special occasion, cold nights, football games, or summer get togethers. It is super easy! You basically throw all of the ingredients in a pot and let it simmer!

Ingredient List:

  • 2 cans of whole kernel corn
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of great northern beans
  • 1 can of water
  • 1 can of Rotel
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 package of Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 1 pound of ground beef
Total Time: 2 1/2 hours
Serves: 6

  1. Dump all ingredients into a large pot.
  2. Do not drain any ingredients.
  3. Add cooked ground beef.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Turn heat down to a simmer and simmer for 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with whatever you would like (Cheese, sour cream, taco chips, cornbread, etc)
  7. ENJOY!

Caramel Cream Cheese Pie 

This recipe is absolutely delicious! My mother used to make this pie often, when I was younger. I have looked for the recipe for years and finally found it while digging through her old recipes. Very easy to make, serves plenty of people and melts in your mouth!

Ingredient List:
  • 2 graham cracker crusts
  • 1 small package of coconut
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 ounce tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 bottle of caramel sauce
Total Time: 12 Hours
Serves: 16

  1. Toast coconut, pecans and butter lightly.
  2. Mix condensed milk, cream cheese and cool whip well.
  3. Start with one layer of mic, then add a layer of coconut and pecans, then add a layer of caramel.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Top the pie off with caramel designs.
  6. Put both pies in freezer and freeze over night.
  7. Serve frozen.
  8. ENJOY!


Children love it! Adults love it! This recipe is super easy and fun to make! Kids love helping their parents make "dirt" by using their little hands to crush up oreos. Make this recipe fun! Clean a new flower pot or a new Tonka dump trunk and use it to hold your dirt cake. You are sure to get lots of "Ohhhs and Ahhs"

Ingredient List:

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 12 ounce tub of Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) Instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla

Total Time: 4 Hours
Serves: 12

  1. Crush oreos and put 1/3 into a large bowl.
  2. Mix together butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, mix together milk and pudding.
  4. Fold in cool whip to the milk and pudding.
  5. Combine the two mixtures.
  6. Layer onto oreos, add another layer of oreos, then pudding, then repeat.
  7. Top with remaining crushed oreos.
  8. Chill for 3 hours.
  9. Enjoy!


The best grilled chicken recipe that I have ever tried! This is almost like a copycat recipe of Cracker Barrel's grilled chicken tenderloins. Super easy and super tasty!

Ingredient List:
  • 1 pound of chicken tenderloins
  • 3/4 cup of Zesty Italian dressing
  • 5 tablespoons of Honey
  • 4 tablespoons of fresh lime juice (I usually use the whole lime)

Total Time: 2 hours
Serves: 2-3

  1. Mix dressing, honey and lime juice.
  2. Pour over chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. In large skillet over Med/High heat, add entire mixture.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to sizzle and cook for 45 minutes.
  6. Turn chicken often.
  7. ENJOY!
